This chapter was possible thanks to Rainie and Jennifer. No ETA on chapter 25 yet.
Also the author, due to her health, didn't continue the story in april as she planned. We do not know if/when the story will be continued.

Hi all....Princess is still categorize as "complete", in this 별점순 section (i don't understand this). But only chapter 1-15 available. The other chapter is missing. Do you guys have any idea about this?
@Anonymous - Princess were published in magazines between 1995 and 2008, after which the publishing ceased.
At the beginning of summer 2014 we learned that the author decided to continue her story.
She first let Naver republish a remastered version of the already published volumes (which was called Princess part 1-4).
New chapters, and the beginning of the 5th part of the story, were published in February 2015.
Part 1-4 were being completely uploaded to naver at this link: http://comic.naver.com/webtoon/list.nhn?titleId=626938
And were marked as complete when all the old chapters was uploaded.
But Naver later removed all but the first 15 chapters of it (you might be able to buy the missing chapters).

But since there have not been any new chapters since december 2015, and the author couldnt continue in april 2016 like she planned, Naver marked it as complete.

@Anonymous - Regarding chapter 25 and 27+. I was offline for some weeks and missed a reply from one of our translators. If/when we have news on a new release I'll post here.
