Chapter 3 is almost done. I have some questions regarding the translation for Shimizu, but the moment she gets back to me I should be able to release it. Expect it tomorrow (Sunday).
I have not started on chapter 4, I have Shimizu's translation but I have not looked it over. Expect it Tuesday.

Update: Shimizu has translated chapter 3 and Naver has published chapter 4 for free.
We should release chapter 3 within the week (and hopefully chapter 4 as well).*
